Cooking School
Truro’s leading fusion restaurant offers an exclusive lunch-time cooking school making authentic Asian dishes under the enthusiastic and friendly guidance of the head Chef. Cooking will be hands on, and will include grinding of spices, making curry pastes and marinades and preparing flambé dishes and finishes with a making a well earned Mai Tai cocktail and sitting down to enjoy the dishes prepared!
