Luminate have teamed up with Bunters Bar to offer a new and exclusive way to award employees, whether it’s an employee of the year / month award, sales achievement or staff incentive we can tailor it to your needs. This exclusive opportunity provides an excellent staff incentive, a huge boost for staff moral and will provide great PR for your business.
This exclusive tailor-made party will be held at Bunter Bar and can be party themed if you wish, with no venue hire or prize costs! All you need is a minimum of 75 employees and guests with some beer money.
There are 3 elements to this fantastic offer.
1. The Awards Ceremony
The initial event will be to reward the employee and have a staff social. During the event the chosen employee will be presented with the award of having the unique chance to design and create their own beer at Skinners Brewery!
2. The Prize (Brew Day)
The chosen employee will attend Skinners Brewery for a quick tour. They then get ‘hands on’ by creating their own beer; from weighing ingredients, adding hot liquer and choosing the hops to giving the beer is own bitterness and aromas. They then have the opportunity to "dig out" the spent grain in the "Mash Tun" which offers an excellent photo shot opportunity.
3. The Launch Party
A few weeks later your employee’s own beer would have been brewed and ready to launch! The launch party will take place for all employees at Bunters Bar where PR photos will be taken, and a presentation of a framed picture with photos from the brewery will be presented along with the personalized beer clip. And great news for the staff, the award winner’s beer will be on sale on a special promotion!
